She’s definitely a Boss Babe, the most influential personality on the internet and voice of woman empowerment. A fashion, and most recent, fitness inspiration. Kim’s body is one of the most wanted and referred of our generation, but how does she keep up the fit lifestyle being wife, mom, business person and a public figure?

You will learn about the fitness lifestyle used by Kim’s personal trainer Melissa Alcantara, 2015 Miss Figure and Miss Physique Champion, and we'll share with you the secrets to be like the Booty Queen, Kim Kardashian.

Kim is now a mom of three kids so her body really changed after her pregnancies, she was looking for something that was sustainable, a new fitness lifestyle to definitely change her body and habits. “I was looking on Instagram and this bodybuilder popped up on my page and she had gained 70 pounds in her pregnancy, I thought, wow, this woman, she's a Mom. She lives a regular life. Look at how she changed her life." Said Kim.


Kim: "My trainer Melissa really changed my body. When I wasn’t happy with what I saw back in the mirror I spent a whole year training so hard 5 or 6 days a week putting in a lot of work and changed the way that I eat and there’s such a noticeable difference. I am firm and less cellulite and so much more confident. So Thank You for waking up at 5 am to do crazy bodybuilding workouts & sprints that I hate & putting me on to this lifestyle."

Melissa Alcantara: "As for the workouts, I would do something that's mixed, so that there's weight training, there's high-intensity interval training and there's steady state cardio. For now, you know I train Kim consistently. We do a lot of squats, deadlifts, chest press, overhead press, a ton of sprints. We do pull-ups, dips, but I would say that 85% of our training is weight training. You have to put the work in. You have to be intense, you have to struggle with every rep and feel it. It doesn't mean that you're gonna be Arnold and get huge."

Kim’s new shape isn’t just the results of a workout routine, her new enhanced diet is life changing.

Melissa Alcantara: "What we've been working on for the past almost year is just kind of the training method that I do and it is the same training method that I use for Kim. It's mostly about eating. I mean, people think it's in the exercise, but if you're not eating right consistently, then it's just never going to happen. You know, her diet has come a long way and has changed a lot in terms of just eliminating processed foods and just getting her to eat real food. So if it comes in a box, if it didn't grow off a tree or the earth didn't give it to you, then just stay away from it. Fresh foods, unprocessed foods, and only water."

A healthy combination of workout routine and diet are the key points of getting Kim’s shape, besides that, it involves focus, discipline, and willingness, waking up every day with the goal to be a Boss Babe.
