The Keeping up with the Kardashians show has been 12 years in the air, time proofs the success with the audience, who watched all the changes the stars passed through. And one thing can’t be unnoticeable, Khloé’s body has never been so good.

Khloé was often called as the fat-sister for having a curvier body, compared to her siblings. To get in shape, the 34-year-old star followed an intense workout routine and went on a severe diet back in 2015 after getting divorced from, the ex-NBA player, Lamar Odom.

Khloé Kardashian made a lifestyle change, turning to a fitness inspiration. The youngest of the Kardashian trio has built her individual brand identity focused on fitness and healthy lifestyle.

She wrote a book named "Strong Looks Better Naked" and her show "Revenge Body" where the participants get a makeover using the assistance of personal trainers and stylists leading to a major transformation inside and out.

In April 2018, Khloe had her first daughter, True Thompson, with the NBA player Tristan Thompson. Before the birth of her child, Khloe often filmed her sessions with her personal trainer and shared them on Snapchat and Instagram, giving fans a sneak peek into her renovated lifestyle.

With the pregnancy, she reduced the intensity of her workouts but still keeping it as a priority. She also faced a lot of criticism around her lifestyle during her pregnancy.

She often spoke out about how important it was to her to continue to exercise throughout her pregnancy, saying she “feels off” if she doesn’t do anything. This is what her pregnancy workouts looked like.

Now, 1 year after giving birth, Khlo admits she has just started training and there are parts of her body that she needs to focus on.

In an interview to Women’s Health Magazine, Khloé’s personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, told all the secrets behind her transformation. DIET

Khloe has 7 meals a day, balanced to provide her all the energy for her daily routine with the proper amount of calories in order to keep her body with a low percentage of body fat.

Pre-Workout Snack
Before her morning workout, Khloé fuels up with a tablespoon of fruit jam and almond butter.

Post-Workout Breakfast
After completing her hard train, Khloé preps two eggs with a cup of oatmeal and a cup of fresh fruit. The combination of lean and good carbohydrates helps provide your body’s glycogen stores after exercising in order to help your muscles recover more efficiently.

Mid-Morning Snack
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star reaches for a piece of fruit as a mid-morning snack.

Lunch
For lunch, her meal prep offers a four-ounce piece of grilled chicken breast with a half portion of a simple starch, like four ounces of yam or a half cup of white rice, along with a veggie and a salad. “Because I recently gave birth, I’m still eating a full portion of starch right now. For the salad, keep it simple with an oil-based vinaigrette. Any vegetables are great, but [Dr. Goglia] especially recommends those high in iron, like spinach, beets, asparagus, broccoli or romaine. You can also swap out the chicken for another lean meat, but make sure it’s grilled, steamed, baked, or broiled.”

Mid-Afternoon Snack
To maintain energy, Khloe munches on fruit, nuts, and vegetables like cherry tomatoes throughout the day. “Don’t let yourself get hungry,” she reminds us.

Dinner
Come suppertime, Dr. Goglia suggests pairing four ounces of yams with an eight-ounce piece of fish over other protein for “performance purposes and more rapid weight loss.”

Dessert
Instead of reaching for a slice of cheesecake or a cookie, Kardashian fulfills her sugar cravings with nothing other than fruit—one of the key components in our best desserts for weight loss.

  1. Healthy breakfast
