At the 72nd edition of the Cannes Film Festival, the most earnest names in the entertainment industry land on the French Riviera for a red carpet filled with glamor and sophistication.
Southern France received the cinematographic works of some of the most acclaimed directors of the big screens, such as Pedro Almodóvar, Xavier Dolan, Terrence Malick, and Quentin Tarantino. They landed at Cannes with new stories competing for the much-desired Golden Palm, the festival's main prize.
While the films do not reach the big screen, we keep our attention to the highlights of the most important festival of cinema.
Powerful Message On The Red Carpet
Belgian-Dutch actress Sand Van Roy attended the A Hidden Life red carpet on Tuesday, May 21, wearing a beautiful black strapless gown. On her back was a large temporary tattoo that read, “Stop violence against women,” next to a Venus symbol with a raised fist inside it.

Margot Robbie was one of the most expected celebrities in the red carpets at the Cannes Film Festival, where she stars the film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" which is receiving its first screening. The Quentin Tarantino's 9th movie also has a stary duo Brad Pit and Leonardo DiCaprio.

The cast of Rocketman is an inspirational story, set to Elton John’s most beloved songs and performed by star Taron Egerton, tells the universally relatable story of how a small-town boy became one of the most iconic figures in pop culture.
ROCKETMAN also stars Jamie Bell as Elton’s longtime lyricist and writing partner Bernie Taupin, Richard Madden as Elton’s first manager, John Reid, and Bryce Dallas Howard as Elton’s mother Sheila Farebrother.
